It's so hard to reach my protein goal of 125g. I have food sensitivities on garlic and onion so it's so hard to think of what to eat. Yes I watched your TJ ingredients and most of them have garlic and onions. It's a dilemma 😢

All looks good but the thing that scares me most is the amount of plastic !!! In Poland where we live most of the time we use fresh vegetables that are not packed in plastic they are just sold on the market.

I like everything you did but one thing you didn't check on those things you recommended is the sodium content. I know you're trying to make things easy and fast but my problem with those items is the high sodium. But thanks for the suggestions!
