Incredible! Quick Dinner Ready in 10 Minutes! Simple and Delicious Tortilla Recipe

Ingredients
½ Onion
3 cloves of garlic
200g Ground beef
Salt, black pepper, and paprika
Olive oil
10g Parsley
2 Tortilla
Mozzarella cheese

Recipe:
Medium heat
Olive oil
1/2 onion
Thinly dice the onion
Add the onion to the pan
Fry for about 2 minutes
3 cloves of garlic
Tortilla (23cm)
Cut an inch around the tortilla
Dice the leftover tortilla
Add to the pan
Fry for 2 minutes
200g ground beef
Fry for 3-5 minutes
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
10g parsley or green onion
Chop finely
Add to the pan
Set aside
1 tortilla (23cm)
Mozzarella cheese
Add the meat inside of the tortilla
Sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese
Cover with the small tortilla
Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on the edges
Fold the sides of the tortilla like this
Cover with a plate to hold the shape in place
Medium heat
Olive oil or butter
Flip the tortilla over using the plate
Transfer the tortilla to the pan
Brush some oil on top
Fry for 3 minutes
Use the plate to flip the tortilla over
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
Done!
So crispy and delicious!
Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a snack!

I love how they say 10 minute. Cutting all the veggies, cutting the tortilla, cooking all the ingredients, this would easily take 30-40 minutes if not longer.

Quick tip for cutting the tortilla smaller: you can fold the tortilla in half twice and then cut the edges off to save time and help it to stay even

A little tip to make it better: as there is already enough tortilla, it is not necessary to chop it up and add it to the mince mixture, it also tastes better and not quite as doughy.
