This federal response is in sufficient. Even during a relatively isolated 9/11 disaster, there were uniformed officers on every corner of downtown NYC. Bring back the military deployed to the Middle East and send them to these mountain towns in NC. Where is the army corp of engineers with all of their advanced taxpayer funded equipment?

1 or 2 deaths per town. Really? Thats terrible coverage. There was one family that lost 11 members in one landslide. Its like a bad bad war scene
