Should I have raw or soaked almonds ?

Soaked ones are better than raw almonds. Because when we soak almonds overnight & have it next day it helps in improving the protein content of almonds & the water in which it is soaked.

But soaking does not enhance the vitamin or mineral content in almonds. This is because it does not reduce the anti-nutrient component tannins present in almond. (Tannins are component in foods that reduce vitamin & mineral absorption). So vitamin & mineral content of raw & soaked almond is the same.
