RAW + Jpeg, best of both worlds. One of the things I do is shoot Acros square crop so I get the preview on camera for that and yet can still pull the color and 2:3 ratio out of the raw if I want to. I have a portfolio shot from February where I shot square Acros and the image is now 4:5 Velvia. With a 128 GB card I still get about 1800 image on the card so memory isn't a problem.
