What I struggle with the most is pushing through lower body workouts.
I am have been getting better about it though by only implementing exercises that provide the most benefit and dropping most of supplementary ones(at least for now). This way I can get in there and do what I need to do on lower body days and not have to be there for very long.
Quality Over Quantity. I also find its helps if you count reps to do it in increments of 5. Doing 10 or 15 reps in a set may seem like a lot when you are doing them but if you count by 5 and then do another 5 and so on until you reach failure(or close enough to it) then it does not seem so bad.
At least it helps me push through the tough ones lol
