There is some literature on PDE5 inhibitors and risk reduction, you should look at this as well

At the Cleveland Cinic, Dale Bredesen showed interviews of people who had very high skilled jobs who had to leave work because they would get lost while driving, forget their pet’s names and couldn’t remember people they had met etc. They were able to go back to work. So maybe there are 36 holes in the roof and maybe the Resveratrol study was pointing to one of these factors and was not intended to be a study in Alzheimer’s specifically.

well I always thought the risk of vascular dementia must be reduced by cardiovascular exercise... but I'm not a Dr 🤯

High quality natural foods are basically medicines for you. The earth really did give us everything we need. Think about the studies that *haven’t* been done - there are many things that natural foods do for us that we are probably yet to discover.

I’d like scientists to do more studies on what music or seeing a sunset does for your brain
