This yoga flow includes options to suit mixed levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that you can come back to every day.

The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with hip openers, backbends, side bends and twists. It's designed to help you feel like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

What a great video! I suffer from avoidant personality disorder from years of abuse and trauma, and I have been using yoga to help myself. Your channel is the first one that has actually helped me stick to a practice. 11 days in a row!

I don't know if I'm getting better or if your routines are becoming more accessible to me for any other reason, but the truth is that I feel more agile, strong and slim.
Today I was even given a compliment by a shop assistant when I was trying some clothes!! Haha so thank you for all the work you do to create such great routines for us

For the last 10 days I've been suffering from severe food poisoning. Right before that, I was in my best form, following your intermediate classes everyday. But today after 10 difficult days I restarted my practice with this video. I still had to take the easier modifications but I'm grateful to my body. I realise now how humble the body can make one person and I'm utterly grateful for what I have achieved ❤❤

This was just what I needed today. Went to sleep super late last night and am so tired today. This wasn’t an intense practice, but it gave me a little little heat to warm me up, plus the stretching to soothe my body. Felt perfect for a day like today!
