DV Lottery | DV2020 and DV2021 Lawsuits being appealed - what now?

DV Lottery infor for DV2020 and DV2021.

The lawsuits are being appealed - Gomez, Aker Mohammed, Fongjog, Kennedy and so on for DV2020. Goh, Goodluck and so on for DV2021.

This video is my understanding of the appeals, how long they will take, whether visas will be issued while the appeal is on and so on.

Let’s not forget that for some reason the lawyers believed that they had 60 days to appeal and at least 50% of them believed that they wouldn’t. So yeah guys, just wait for the judge to decide.

Hi Brit, My wife won DV 2022, we are currently working in UAE, and we were worked Doha Qatar as well my wife worked 10 months and I worked 12 months, when we applied PCC in Qatar, The authorities said they can't issue for PCC because our stay is not straight period, we both work in there in business visa category and every 3 month we have to exit from the country, so we repeatedly exit every 3 months and re enter after 6-7 days, So since this is not continued stay do we need PCC pls explain Thank you
