So when one strike this percentage as to the number of selectees in his/her country should that guarantee you not to be afraid whatever higher case number you have

Dear Ernest, thank you for your guidance. My wife and I were lucky winners of the 2021 DV lottery. She has no high school degree, I hold a bachelors degree. Her case is 21×××, mine is 24×××. I prioritised mine as principal applicant. We are from DRC Congo. The country got 4000 and more winners this year. As main applicant, I subitted DS-260 forms for each of my family members (my wife, our kid and I) a week after receding our winners' letter in June 2021. So fare, no e-mail from KCC. What is my chance of interview with such a case number (24xxx)?

Hi EBM there is this very angle u don't usually talk about when it comes to case numbers and getting interviews that's the 7% or 6% quota apportioned to each country. So if for instance I have a higher case number in my country Ghana but the number of winners or selectees in Ghana falls within this 7% quota, isn't that a guarantee that even with my higher case number being in the 74*** get me a chance to be called for an interview.
