Hello brit, following since long time and as per I know, no any country could get more than 7% dv visa issuance, which would be approax 3500 per each country. Does this 3500 no of visa counts principle DV winner VISA or also visa issued to their spouse(dv2) and childs(dv3) visa ?? I am so much curious to know this. Thank you !!
