Hi brit, is there any chance to success the lawsuit? because trump has not expanded the visa ban after 31 decamber 2021. so if we attempt to sue the ban before 31st december, there is a great chance of the lawsuit to be failed. Am I right? how do you explain it? please.

Hello Mr Simon! I really enjoy your videos, great content! I have three important questions:
- If you already won in the past can you win again? (my parents won in 1994, but due to an error in the documents, they've chosen someone else).
- If I'm already 26 years old (not considered a child, not under 21), do I need to be integrated in my parents submission form as a child? The official instructions state that "you must include all children under 21"
-Can we send 3 different submissions? (1 with my dad as the main applicant with my mother as spouse, 1 with my mother as the main applicant with my dad as the spouse and one with me alone).

as you know in some countries there is a compulsory military service for a year with a rank less than solider. so for the question (have you ever served in the military) DS-260 form, should I answer by YES or NO if I did that compulsory military service.

Hi Simon, as dv2021, EU26xxx, I need your advice. I’m already in US with F1, planning to apply for Adj.of status. My visa will expire in April. Assuming my # will be current around June, in order to extend my stay I applied to another education institution to transfer my I-20. Immigration attorneys didn’t like the idea since F1 is not a dual intent visa and I’m applying for it with the intention of getting green card. What do you recommend? Thanks

Hello brit! I am a EDV winner for 2021 .When I initially filled my DV form my passport was expired, due to some health issue I could not travel to renew my passport that time, my friend suggested me to fill the form with expired passport, if I win, I can give the renewed passport information while filling ds260 form and I did so .I also send the scanned copy of my expired passport along with the new one while sending documents to KCC, is there any chance that I do not receive my 2nd letter or rejected in interview? Mr. Simon plz, I am issued visa in Sept being a plaintiff with Mr Curtis. Now Mr Curtis withdrew his request for a tro so he can consolidate kennedy with Gomez. Is there any way I can join Mr Kuck s case to guarantee entry? What are the consequences if I joined both cases at the same time? How bad it is that Mr Curtis conceded on our trip request?
