Generally, I aim to look like a goose, but for the sake of my interior ab engagement I'll make this one exception.

Recommendation: 3-5 sets of 30-45 seconds (proper progression)

I have struggled forever with this exercise - and had no idea there were progressions. Every trainer I've had always started me at advanced level. Thank you thank you thank you for demonstrating the beginner level. That is exactly where I can do this exercise properly.

I really like the soothing tone you usually adopt when recording, but it's nice to see you shooting a video in high spirits for a change. And as always, thank you for the precious advice Daniel

I'm here to learn hollow body holds (and maybe the crunches, too; though I really prefer the control and more impactful body-memorization of isometric exercises) as part of my preparation for learning the pull-over on bars, so that I can then finally progress with my pole invert and straddle. This instruction was phenomenally precise and to the point, with super-clear demonstrations, and you even went on to suggest leveled variations! Thank you so much! I gained a better understanding of the maneuver and feel better prepared and motivated to start trying it out. :)

Love your channel! I was a baseball player in my youth. Did weights from 43 to Covid. I’m 55. Started rings and mainly calisthenics because of this channel. My shoulders feel great. And I’ve had two partial rotator cuff tears. Thanks a lot!!

Yo the timing on this was perfect. I was searching for hollow body progression videos a couple seconds ago and I praying that I would find one from you haha.

I’m a beginner to hollow body exercises and watched a few YouTube examples. This has been the best one.

spine rotation would be super cool, maybe how it relates to shoulder extension or even protraction with one shoulder

Hi! Thanks for all the info . Could you pretty please with oats on top, do a video explaining frequency. How often should we train. To me that is a total mystery.
- I got the consistency
- I got the DROP the EGO
- I got the Diet
- I got the Controlled Form
- I got the Build the foundation

But how on Earth can I know when to work out and when to rest? What are the pointers?

If you do make the video it will make the world of a difference for me. (hopefully to a lot of other people too)
