This workout is perfect for a quick cardio workout that will pump up your heart rate, work on stretching and strengthening about 90 per cent of your muscles. Loveddd it!! I am the kind of person who gets bored with doing the same thing again and again; and as you can imagine, that is not good for getting into a regular exercise routine- the variations in each round did not let me get bored- I thoroughly enjoyed the workout! Thank you so much

Wowww wowww wowww👌👌👌👌 I have just completed 18 rounds of Sun salutations. I can’t tell you, how amazing I’m feeling. I never sweat like this. Feeling so much energetic. I couldn’t able to do 16th round of sun salutations properly. It needs practice. I’ll do it one day 😊.
