That was our first time with you, you pack a lot in a short class. Me and Jan had been doing yoga for many years now. We do more of our yoga with YouTube now days. We both enjoyed your class.

Hi I was in a terrible mood and knew i need to do something physical. I have not done yoga online before so randomly selected a different video which made my mood worse..I randomly picked this one and boom..I am a new person.
