I suffered a dislocation and fracture of the tibia and fibula on January 18th. I was NWB for six weeks (wheelchair bound) and was then put in a boot for two weeks (FWB as tolerated). I am walking now without support in the house and with a cane outdoors. I still have restricted ROM in the affected foot and will be continuing formal PT soon (I received services while in the rehabilitation center). Questions: Are the techniques you demonstrated in this video appropriate for someone in my condition? and is this therapy painful?

I broke my fifth metatarsal in the middle. It healed but I have bad posture now and don't know what to do. If I describe it, I have problem pressing the foot into the ground to feel my hips move down into place. My right hip shoulder are raised on that side too. My left side where I didn't break my foot, is all very tight. I have tight knee and tight hips, abs, and shoulder on that side.

Whereas the side I broke my foot I have trouble contracting muscles to get muscle groups to sit joints in place

My left little toe got a hairline fracture in an accident and stopped me from doing exercises and even running. Can this be useful for that

Don't agree on this one. HHP ortho bodyworker, 45 yrs, alongsider Osteo, OT, PTs, Chiro, athletic trainers. CHK pathology, make sure you know what you're dealing with, y can make this worse.
