Human remains 😂, thanks Aaron great video, the video did resonate with me, I was going through a tough time but your tt lives helped me get through, my situation taught me I’m stronger than I thought and not to be naive in thinking everyone is like me. To read contracts with a fine tooth comb and always gather evidence.

Those who are going through workplace bullying need this piece of advice!
Hey really appreciate about what you have shared. I had a really bad workplace bullying experience the first month I worked in London 2 years ago, yea by my manager. All the typical bullying behaviours, (mocking, intimidation by walking behind me in an hourly basis, asked me how I learnt english ( several times etc.) anyway, if I had watch your videos that time it wouldn't have taken me 4 months to realise leaving is the best option.

You hit the nail on the head mate. I now suffer with generalized anxiety disorder. It is relentless. I worked on a pig farm and was very keen and became so knowledgeable so quickly. There was a problem my manager was a bully to the point it nearly destroyed my life and I nearly lost everything because of this. I am still trying to do self help books and done lots of therapy. Its disgusting how bullying at work can ruin your life all together.

Yea bro. Great video! I agree that entrepreneurship offers freedom from workplace issues. But it’s also true that being an investor and having strong business connections (list of employers you can call up to offer you job when needed can help as well). For example you can work a 9 to 5 and have 200, 300, 500k in savings in term deposit paying you 10, 20k per year to cover base expenses and multiple employers on your phone and on the go as well)

Incredibly practical real advice, and my own experiences certainly align! Life's just too short to tolerate this festering sickness of tolerating a toxic workplace that never leads to being callused like some bootcamp. Finding another role is indeed most ideal and just a test of personal faith to simply do it instead of thinking and worrying about it. Life being short and sweet is a great thing, it's a powerful reason to live our best.

I was bullied in a restaurant I worked. It was at a retirement home and you’d think they’d have strong standards of behavior but they had some of the most abusive people I’ve ever worked with. The coworkers would repeatedly target me with verbal abuse, mocking, false accusations, and even physical intimidation-they’d slam the door right as I was about to walk through it and posture aggressively-all while we were actively working. I ended up leaving because I couldn’t take anymore.
The leaders are 100% responsible for bullying. There’s many methods they could use to track signs of bullying and prevent it. They chose not to and get away with it

The problem is that it is not easy to find another job in the UK, and the new employers want references from your old job, the one where you were bullied.

The problem is that in the UK, workplace bullying is pandemic, and you leave one job only to go to another where you will be treated the same or even worse.
