Hi. Sometimes an employee is very confident but it is their light that irritates others. A lot of people bully because THEY are the ones who are insecure. And in some cases if you “stand up” to the bully you are fired or they recruit others to join in. We can pray pray and pray but NOT stay. Some places are toxic from “the top’. It can destroy a person mental and physical health. There’s difficult people and then those who are ABUSERS. Also who wants to work in a place where they’re being sabotaged and can’t get their work done Trust God and sometimes WALK AWAY.

Working in an environment that’s mostly of either non believers, new age, and or people pleasers it can really be hard for me to feel like I fit in because my values don’t match the culture of the work environment and it leaves me feeling exhausted, silenced, sad, and discouraged. This was a great reminder to hold my head high and continue to love and follow our Lords Jesus example even when it’s not reciprocated. It’s hard but in the end it’s worth it. Thank you for your message I needed to hear this.
