I had a stroke in March of 2018 and it caused severe nerve damage on the left side of my body I lost my confidence and my memory was shot...I struggled with anxiety and depression... I forgot how to cook because I'd be afraid I might forget to turn the stove off and burn the house down... I've been watching YouTube videos trying to mimic what I see other humans doing because I'm embarrassed to go out in public and socialize...I just wanted to let you know I really appreciate you, your voice coupled with your technique has a calming effect I feel encouraged to try go back into the kitchen again(I'll set the alarm to remind me to turn off the stove 😁)and regain my confidence you can't imagine how many lives you are touching🥰🥰

As for icing sugar, depending on your cake you may want to use lemon juice instead of cream or water. For example, the lemon juice with icing sugar is great for lemon poppyseed, and many more.
