4-ingredient Mini Oreo Cakes for two! Tutorial

*Ingredients*
For the cake:
10 Oreos
½tsp baking powder
100ml milk

For the topping:
50g icing sugar
1-2tsp milk
Oreo crumbs

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Finely crush the Oreos in a blender.

3) Pour the crushed Oreos into a bowl and whisk them together with with the baking powder and milk until smooth.

4) Divide the mix into two ramekins.

5) Bake for 17-20 minutes.

6) For the topping, mix together the icing sugar and milk until smooth and pour it over the cooled cakes.

7) Sprinkle Oreo crumbs over the top.

8) Enjoy!
