Let's get that first pull up y'all!

I know it might seem really far off if you're just getting started, but with some consistency you will be there before you know it. Be sure to work in at least a few of these exercises 2-3x per week, prioritizing scap pull ups, hollow holds, and negatives.

I got my first pull-up in April after 15 months in the gym. I now do both neutral and wide grip for 3 days a week. I was so happy the day I did it. I do 3 sets of 3 each time.

Would love a push up video too! I struggle with this the most and have difficulty doing regular and even incline pushups on a bench

Chin ups have always been much easier for me, but I’ve found over the years that I can only get 5-6 pull-ups in during one go.

Thanks for the tips and keep it up! Would love to see more content from you on here/more videos in this series, as I’ve been a long time fan of your TikToks but prefer YouTube for fitness content like this!

Hey Kelly, this is a great video! I'll definitely use a lot of these tips for myself and my clients.

Have you considered purchasing a camera stabilizer? The video is very shaky, especially on a big screen.
