Oh my god I've been using the Grease pencil for years and always struggled on the placement, this is a game changer

So often when I'm having issues visualizing placement, or laying out (and remembering) retopology, I grease pencil up my model, setting the pencil to draw on surfaces. Remember that you can't Undo (ctl Z) grease pencil marks, but you can readily erase them. In edit mode, hold D and draw with the mouse. Left button draws, right button erases.

u can also use cursor snapper add on to snap it to 3d cursor which is quite useful, see u on 9 during critique
