Working in public service, I know from helping elderly and some young overweight individuals up that this movement is functionally more important than most people know.

And for the unknown, CrossFit isn’t for just the elite and physically sound.

The point is how a certain section of population can safely perform a burpee. I have an injured leg, and I do a burpee like this.

If I can do a modified burpee at that age, I'd thank my stars. My knees are already giving up and I'm barely half his age.

He didn't even break a sweat doing this movement 🤔 he must be a pro or he does burpees for breakfast every morning.. Finally Matt frazier has some competition in 2019🤪🤙 💥👊😎👍

I mean… this is a MODIFIED burpee. Nothing wrong with it, it’s just not the original movement. And it should be labeled as such.
