Today I made my first blueberry muffin batch. I followed the recipe closely with half of the ingredient because I use 12 cup mini muffin pan. I used vanilly Greek yoghurt and fresh blueberry. Thank you for a perfect recipe and easy to follow instructions.

I just found this recipe and it is amazing! Not too sweet, the texture is perfect. I used large muffin tin and got 6 perfectly sized muffins. I have been following your channel for a couple of years, this by far is my favorite recipe.

i juz tried this muffin and it was really good.I put little lemon zest for some flavoring and increase the sugar to 2/3 cup and the sweetnest it just prefect for my liking.Thanks lot stephanie

I really love the way u explain about the ingredients..mainly in the measurement, , that's "grams" which is definitely clear for me

blueberries are really expensive in where I live so I always use frozen blueberries but they taste really good! Yes, the batter turns purple but the whole muffin doesn't turn purple, and it doesn't bother me that much :) I really love how it doesn't use butter yet so moist! everyone who tried them said they love how moist they are and now it's one of my go to muffin recipe! Thank you so much for such a great recipe!

To veganise these I used half a large banana to replace the egg and I used alpro soy plain yoghurt to replace the dairy yoghurt. They turned out delicious! :)))

They are at their best the day they're made. You can store them overnight but the outside crust will soften.

I made these muffins and they looked pretty and tasted great, i also added lemon zest for that extra flavour as you mentioned.
