For the Muffins:
2 ½ cup all-purpose flour 300g
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
1/4 cup butter 56g, unsalted, melted
1/4 cup vegetable oil 60mL
1 cup whole milk 240ml
¾ cup granulated sugar 170g
1/4 cup sour cream 60ml
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon zest
2 eggs room temperature
1/4 cup lemon juice 60ml
8 oz blueberries fresh

For the Topping:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour 60g
1/2 cup granulated sugar 100g
1/4 cup unsalted butter 56g
1 pinch salt

I just made these muffins, this is what I learned, make sure you're blueberries are sweet and not bitter, also make sure you follow his advice on the water for the steam so that they don't come out crunchy. It's a tasty recipe and I do give it 2 thumbs up 👍🏼

Love your videos!! I solved the blueberry problem that is pretty much foolproof. You put part of your batter in the pan with no blueberries and then add the blueberries to the remaining batter and spred on top. When part of the blueberries sink, they will sink into the plain batter and the remaining ones will stay up top. It took me decades to figure that out. Keep making great videos

Made these last week for hubby and I. Let's just say they didn't last long. Best muffins ever. I don't usually like muffins and cakes because they're dry but these ones never dried out. Absolutely the best!!!

These are the best blueberry muffins I've ever made or tasted. I used 1 1/2 cups of frozen wild blueberries and 1 cup of sugar. I used kefir to replace sour cream and milk and added 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract. Sooo delicious

For anyone who doesn’t have sour cream or eggs, I made these with Greek yogurt and no eggs and they still turned out so good!!

OMG I love this recipe. I have never baked in my life. But for mothers day due to this pandemic I actually decided to make muffins as a gift for my mom. It was a total hit! She love love loved it! This is simply the best muffin recipe in the world. I made them today and they were perfect, moist, fluffy and delicious, not too sweet, not too sour, add the lemon without fear, it's delicious. I made blueberry jam and I thought it would go wrong, but it turned out really well, I'm amazed and full of gratitude for you, really made my week. Lots of love and admiration from Brazil.

We grew up poor and mom would bake a batch of Betty Crockers Wild Blueberry muffins one Sunday out of the month. I absolutely loved biting into a halved muffin with a dollop of partially melted butter 💕

Its amazing how food can remind you of memories from yesteryear.

I made these last night without the strudel and they came out A M A Z I N G! I used butter and coconut oil and followed the recipe to a T! Adding The lemon juice and zest was the best part!!
