I made these today and they are the best Lemon Blueberry Muffins I ever made.
As soon as I tasted the batter I knew it was going to be delicious.
The muffins had this beautiful crust on the top and a gorgeous light texture on the inside, but the flavour, out of this world.
Everyone should try this recipe, it really does and will not disappoint. Yum-yum!

I made these without eggs for my daughters due to an allergy I used ground flaxseed and they were delicious couldn’t tell the difference. I also made the same base without the lemon zest and added cherries and white chocolate chips they were so good thank you for the great recipe! Oh I also made some streusel topping!!
