BLUEBERRY MUFFINS INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS:
2 & 1/2 CUP PLAIN FLOUR/APF
3 TSP BAKING POWDER
1/2 TSP IODISED SALT
1 & 1/8 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
2 LARGE EGGS
1 CUP FRESH MILK WITH 1 TBS LEMON OR CALAMANSI JUICE (LEAVE IT FOR 10 MINUTES ASIDE BEFORE USING)
120ML SUNFLOWER OIL
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
350G -380G BLUBERRIES
1/4 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR/DEMERARA SUGAR

Thank you i just made it and didnt take 5 mins to finish i made 12 pcs and we are 4 in the house people cant wait the blueberry muffin since i put it in the oven😂. Its taste so good. My first time to bake as well very easy to follow recipe.

I dont have a fresh blueberries, just use frozen blueberries turn out beautifully. Thank you the recipe. My husband and I love ❤️ the result..

For anyone having second thoughts about this recipe...search no more..this right here is pure gold and hits the spot. The only tweak I made was to add two additional tablespoons of milk to get the same consistency as the video.

I used this recipe to make a blueberry loaf and love it! 😋I’ve recently become obsessed with Starbucks’ blueberry muffin. I made some tweaks to use what I had. I didn’t have fresh milk so I used evaporated milk. I used one stick of melted butter instead of sunflower oil. I also coated my blueberries in flour so that they wouldn’t sink to the bottom.

i made these twice and they're legit. i posted it to my Facebook account and i got two of my friends ordered them from me! i doubled up the batches and was about 100g short of AP flour, so i just filled the rest with cake flour and they were so melt in your mouth! i also used Vegetable oil instead of Sunflower oil. never heard of sunflower oil, sounds expensive.

This has to be the best blueberry muffin recipe I've ever made. I swapped the plain flour and baking powder for the same volume of self raising flour and used 2 heaped cups of frozen blueberries to get close to 300 grams. I didn't have any lemon juice either so left it out and the muffins still turned out amazing. I think frozen berries seem to hold together better when stirring. I also used wax paper squares pushed into Ramekins as the pans. Took about 30-40 minutes to cook with the frozen berries and the larger muffins. It made 7 nice large muffins exactly the same as you would buy from a coffee shop. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing

Just made them and they were delicious! I didn’t have enough blueberries so I divided the mixture and made some blueberry and some chocolate chip muffins. The batter is very versatile.
