I am 67 and I have told myself that I am just getting started. I've been telling myself this the past year! So, I'm ready for 2024 and will continue to think positive and be grateful ❤❤

Looking at my photos over the past year was depressing. It showed me why I started looking for help through you and other pod casts. I dont have a life outside of my son who is fixing to leave this next year for college. It showed me that I dont have any friends or a significant other. 😢 All I do is work. I need a life! I guess one way to look at it is it wont take much to make 2024 better.

1. What are the highlights of your year?
2. What are the harder aspects of the past year for you?
3. What did you learn about yourself over the past 12 months?

Mel (I see you as a sister) I am a Mexican woman of 54 years old I don’t remember any highlights of this year all I did was work come home cook and feel unappreciated aside from not sharing an intimate life with my partner for many years, I want more but don’t have the energy to fight for it or work for it every day I think about it about loosing weight and going back to school, your podcast are a blessing to me even if a don’t see the difference now but I believe eventually listening more on your videos will help me
I Believe it will happen❤️

I spent ALL ofv2023 working on ME and I'm not the same miserable, overweight, unhappy woman I WAS. 2024 eill be another year I continue to improve me. It took me 71 years to start this attitude and now I couldn't be happier. I've always been a Medium and acknowledged that family gift but thus year I have really leaned into it for my benefit and my family's life and love. ❤ Thanks Mel.

What I really want to do next year is start looking into starting a food truck with my family 😊 and what I NEED to stop doing is complaining 😔 I need to stop complaining and start resetting my mind to see the possibilities instead of the road blocks 😊🙏🏼

I found your podcast this week after my therapist told me to pick more motivating, empowering, and positive podcasts to help my anxiety and depression. I used to wake up and listen to murder podcasts every morning. This is day 3 starting my mornings with this podcast and I can already tell a difference. Thank you.

I remember the time before you even started this podcast Mel, and you were so anxious about it and taking yourself out of doing it.
And heck, look at you now! I can say, we are so happy you took a chance on yourself, your unique voice and story 🖤

Hello dear Mel!
My name is Mr. Tadele Mamo from Ethiopia. I turned 70 on December 26, five days back.
I just finished working on printed copy of the Workbook ‘Make 2024 your best year’. It is now 5:00 PM here in my city and I rushed to finish filling the book before midnight comes/New year/.
It is an eye-opening experience and I would like to say big ‘THANK YOU’ for your help. I shall continue watching your podcast on You tube.
God bless,
Tadele

Thank you, Mel! 2023 was a rough year for me. My husband, who has dementia, had to be placed in a memory care facility about three months ago. The loneliness and guilt has been crushing. I had to leave my job to care for him and companies aren’t kicking down the door to hire someone who got their college degrees 40 years ago. I am going to work on writing, making friends, and embracing my spirituality. I am a subscriber to your podcast and always look forward to your broadcasts. You are a blessing!❤

Mel, you are a shining light in this world. Much appreciated. I looked at the past year, and I have so much to be grateful for. I can't wait to sit down and write all the answers to these 6 questions . 1 thing I want to start, just off the top of my head, is to have all my kids and grandkids over once a month for lunch.

Mel .... I just don't know where to start. I'm 71 years of age and have never learned so much about myself as I have in 2023 starting off when my daughter sent me the link to one of your podcasts ... the Dr. Ramani one about narcissism. OMG, that was the beginning for me. I listen to your podcasts almost daily, the "Let Them Theory" really spoke to me. If it wasn't for you and Dr. Ramani I honestly don't think I'd feel so much more at ease with myself. I'm working on how to Make 2024 the Best Year ... not a whole lot that I can reflect on in terms of accomplishments other than just personal growth but I'll get working on my plans for this year!! Most of the comments others have left you here resonate with me as well. Love you Mel!! You are the best!!

2023 was one of the best years of my life. Who would have thought I would feel this way at 56! This is the first time watching one of Mel’s videos. It makes so much sense. I have figured some of this on my own. I will be completing my audit for 2024 goals especially since it will help me remain focused on keeping a happy well balanced lifestyle. I also subscribed. Thanks Mel 😍

I completed it today and it was an incredible exercise. I slipped into a depression before thanksgiving and had forgotten ALL amazing things I did this year. I feel hopeful for 2024 because of doing this packet today. Thank you sooo much for sharing your knowledge. Love you all xoxo

I’m going to continue to let them, and continue to do nothing, except play my violin, take walks with husband and dog, make healthy food and enjoy retirement. Letting go of fixing and saving people! Love u Mel, thank you 😊

Mel! You are my light! I’ve had a pretty rough year, I kept everything inside, helped everyone but myself, and about 1 month ago I’ve hit “rock bottom “. Even though I’m 47 years old I’ve lost my ways. I NEEDED someone to tell me WHAT TO DO, like I’m a child, guide me, help me get over hard times, send me to the right direction . That’s when I’ve found YOU! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!❤

I started 2023 in a wrong foot. Depressed, suicidal and just struggling. I’m excited for the New Year and I want to start it right and this prompted me to search for some inspirations. I’m so thankful that I came across your video. Now I am a proud subscriber ❤️❤️❤️
