Hey Charles I was wondering if you could make a video about how you think to yourself during hard workouts/races? Sometimes getting through hard efforts is tough and would love to see how you think to yourself during that moment to keep pushing! Also another thing would be how often you would strength train throughout each training block + exercises we could implement to stay strong and injury free each season! Thank you!

Hey, I just started following ur channel a few weeks ago, and you do a fantastic job. But I am kinda just getting over my summer block of training, and was wondering if you could do a video on the transition between lots of long summer miles and moving into the start of your competing/racing season. (if I should keep my training volume the same, or move towards less milage but faster miles and HIIT training ect... ?) And maybe some High School XC racing tips and strategies!! Thanks!!

can u make a vid on ur favorite excercises to do while lifting bc my lifting coach has no clue what shes doing and just has every sport do the same exact things. like why is xc doing the same thing as football and soccer

Hi Charles, as someone who started running 40 years ago, gotta say I love watching your videos and always learn something new. I’d love to know what mental prep you do before races and big sessions as I’m convinced the mental aspect is often the critical difference between doing OK and doing great. Nevertheless, thanks for doing what you’re doing and all the best 🙌
