Bro are those excercises good for weak hip/thamstring/glute muscles? I have very weak muscles in that region and it makes my posture horrible

I've just finished this workout and let me tell you, you make this look way easier than it is. I've been lifting weights since 11 years now and this workout killed me and I'm sweating like crazy. I thought i could just do this one as a warm up before i start lifting weights but this was a full workout for me and I'm done 😂
