Just make sure that you dont power off your computer when doing this or your computer will be bricked

There are a number of different motherboard manufacturers that do different bios keys. If i don't know i try to quickly hit F1 F2 F10 delete and that will cover most motherboards. However it should tell you as you boot.

You can make a short cut in the desktop insted of removing ssd

You can boot into the bios from windows

Wrong usb port for starters as you should put your usb flash drive in the usb port marked bios which is normally on the back of your computer the person in the video is not a true Tech as they should know better also removing the ssd is wrong if it has the OS on it
