I've done this at least 3 times at the gym with 10 and 15 pound kettlebells since this video has been released and this has made such a huge improvement in my posture and back pain over that short time! Thank you so much!!!!

I hate doing sit ups so most of ab work is standing, kneeling or plank based. This is my fave as it’s actually helped my back pain. Lower abs are getting there with it too!
