Funnel web spider. They haven’t changed in evolution for YEARS meaning that they had a pretty good design since the dawn of spiders first existing. Plus it’s toxic enough to kill you within an hour.

The Sydney Funnel Web spider is more deadly comparatively to the Black Widow as Funnel Web spiders generally are a more aggressive species where as Black Widows are generally more likely to run/avoid people and normally only end up biting as a last resort.

A black widow bite won't kill you, but from what I've heard, you'll wish it did because of the extended period of pain.

Black widows are mostly non aggressive. Youd have to really piss one off to get it to bite you. I’ve interacted with many (I have never touched one but I get pretty close and I think they’re very beautiful) and they are very chill. They stay in their corner and they don’t wander, their legs don’t make them very fast and are made for webs.
But Sydney’s wander a lot more, even though they are funnel weavers, and they’re aggressive. And their bites hurt like hell. Glad I live in the US 😭

Funnel Web is an absolute nightmare, super aggressive and has a horrible poison.
The most dangerous spider in the world.

Between the funnel web and the widow, it's no contest. The funnel web replaced the Brazilian wandering spider in the Guinness Book. Due to antivenom (which isn't even needed in some cases) neither spider kills a large number of people.

...neither would attack you its a defence mechanism. A spider doesn't want to waste its venom on something that isn't prey. If something giant was waving around me and I was fearing for my life I would bite too just saying :/.

The Sydney funnel web has huge fangs that can go straight through human finger nails and very toxic venom but I'd rather get bitten by it as we have excellent free anti venom here in Australia and free hospital treatment. We have excellent anti venom treatments for most of our toxic animals. I feel id probably turn down treatment if i was in America and bitten by a black widow.

It’s not even a contest, funnel webs by far.
Black Widows are for the most part pretty docile.
Also, their venom—while potent—is USUALLY* not life-threatening, unless you’re really old, really young, or already really sick.

Funnel Webs on the other hand are aggressive/defensive as heck, and their venom actually has a serious chance of killing you, in an agonizing way.

Funnel Spider does pose a threat to humans being defensive to their home and Black Widow is harmless or otherwise can bite you if you slightly do pressure to the spiders body with return of a excruciating pain

I would have to say Both will attack if disturbed but I would have to say the Sydney funnel Web spider is more aggressive Then the black widow And the Sydney funnel Web looks a little more scarier than A black widow
even the venom rate is different Sydney funnel Webb venom takes effect within 30min to an hour while the black widow about a day depends on The amount A venom injected
