Walking me aerobic respiration hota hai, thus burning fat (fat burning requires oxygen). While running mostly leads to anaerobic respiration (using more glucose)

I like watching your videos & I have been learning a lot. In my opinion 10 minutes of sprint on treadmill(speed 8, 20 sec sprint 20 sec rest) turned out to be best for my fat loss.

Sir, I do have a question! You’re preferring walking over running as it might screw up joint health but what about the gym goers who does squat with 100kg+ or any other weightlifting activity? So is that a threat to joint health as well? Sir/Anyone?

HIIT is far better than any of them, it increase hgh, but it totally depend on the person, if they like walking then fine, i lost 13kg because of IF and HIIT, only counting calorie deficit it too one dimentional
