The better you become at reading the quieter signals, the less you will be surprised by that sudden pang of hunger or wave of tiredness, because you are more connected to your body than ever before.

COURSE OUTLINE:

This is day 1 of our short mindfulness course of 5 meditation techniques for beginners, designed to take your wellbeing to new levels. In each 10 minute class, your meditation coach, Ryan Nell, will introduce you to a new way of connecting to the present moment. Increase your calm, achieve greater balance and tap into your inner guru in a relaxing, accessible and stimulating adventure into your consciousness.
