More and more men are becoming Nurses!

Historically, nursing has not always been a predominantly female profession. Men mostly made up the numbers of what it was nursing in the time before Florenece Nightingale.

But enough about history!

Two of my work colleagues, Todd & Matt, kindly agreed to take part in one of my videos (thanks guys!).

I wanted to ask Todd & Matt what it's like to be a man in the nursing profession.

One of the many reasons I enjoy Nursing so much is the teamwork and the fact that you get to work WITH people. I really like all the people I work with and it's like seeing your friends everyday (except you gotta get work done as well).

I had a great chat with Todd & Matt and I'm so grateful that they are my work colleagues/friends.

Let us all appreciate all the men in Nursing this Nurses week!!

my personal opinion as a nurse.... i have fill around massive amounts of workload as a critical nurse... ohh my god.. 🙄🙄but happy to be a nurse 🤗🤗
