I love these videos as a they focus on recognition and coping skills. I’m in my forties and I’ve lived with ADHD my entire life, although undiagnosed until my 30’s. I graduated Magna from undergrad and top 10% from a top 20 law school. I’m licensed to practice in 4 states and have been published several times. This is not to brag but to support my position that…

*Drugs are not the solution*

They are *part* of the solution, but they will never be enough in and of themselves. You need the coping skills and understanding of the condition to truly be successful living with it. Constantly upping your doses will never resolve the underlying social & professional/educational ceiling you keep bumping into. Routine, diet, discipline and understanding how your brain misfires is the only solution. It’s a disability and you need to understand it and then put in the work to adapt and overcome it. You *can* do this, I believe in you.

I am trying to get diagnosed with adhd and autism and I have that exact same rubix cube (speed cube) and use it as a reward after completing tasks. I just love solving them

Love your channel! Have your heard of POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) ? Quite common in people with ADHD.
