They took Annabeth's kick-butt attitude and made her useless.
They took Grover's pining away at the hunters of Artemis and made him a pervert.

They ruined Grover, one of the nicest characters who's motivation through out the books is to get his searchers license so he can go clean the planet.

Producers: Hey we need someone to play this 12 yr old boy
18 to 21 yr old guy walks in: hey I’d like to play Percy Jackson?
The ONE producer who cares about the book: bro you’re an adul-
18 to 21 yr old guy squats down and says in a high pitched voice: I’m 12 what do you mean
Other producers: cool you’re hired

Book Annabeth: you drool in your sleep, seaweed brain, *literally doesn’t even hint at it till 3rd book*

Grover was one of the most adorable, sweet shy and cute character in the whole book, when I watched the first 30 min of the movie I slammed my laptop shut and cursed them to die in tartarus.

I remember being the most angry about how the changed clarisse when I was younger, just because of how obviously “beautified” she was. She’s this wide shouldered, muscular, more “masculine” teenage girl. She’s scary and aggressive and a bully, not a super skinny, sexy, mean girl.
