We've gotten a lot of great TV shows this century, but we've also seen some pretty bad ones. For this list, we’ll be looking at the most abysmal live-action programs to appear on screens between 2000-21. We mainly focused on shows that either wasted a good premise or tried to make a terrible idea work. And we’ll be leaving out reality shows because they could have a list of their own. Our countdown includes "Cavemen" (2007), "Rob" (2012), "Inhumans" (2017), "Mulaney" (2014-15), and more! Which of these programs made you turn off the tv immediately? Let us know in the comments below.

I watch a LOT of tv but can honestly say I’ve never watched an episode of any of these. Several I’d never even heard of.

There are some shows that had potential but were terribly executed while other shows were just terrible from the start

"Blair Underwood could walk around in real life".

Yeah, and so could Raymond Burr when he played Ironside.

"Work It' was literally a modern reboot of Bosom Buddies. Difference is that Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari were funny.

The Goldbergs are a MUCH BETTER version of “That ‘80s Show”!

"Disjointed still relied way too heavily on cheap stereotypes to generate jokes." Ummm . . . have you never watched a Chuck Lorre show before?

It’s funny how some of these studios/executives can green light so many shows instead of keep decent ones going

How anyone thought " Freds" high pitched nasal voice was acceptable in any way is a mystery.
Plus personally, I think adults playing kids is stupid.

I LOVED insatiable it's hilarious and so wrong and once you've seen it once you know what to look for and it becomes a SO much darker show. (Like how she's smiling while murdering someone, they show it but you don't notice it until they point it out later. Next time, you definitely noticed the subtle things from every scene)

I liked Disjointed. It had plenty of funny aspects to it if you ask me. The security guard was a great story addition.

Lucas Cruikshank with Fred The Show was trying to be exactly what Rowan Atkinson did with Mr Bean but failed miserably because the character was annoying, cringe looking and painfully unfunny

“That 80s show” that was a first time hearing this

I actually watched Insatiable for the entire two seasons with my mom and kind of liked it. It was funny at times. However, its good not many people got attached to it and the character of Patty because the end of season 2 royally fucked up her entire character arc. Spent two seasons trying to make us emphasize with the main character and make he redeemable just to flip that entirely on its head and turn the PROTAGONIST OF THE SHOW INTO A RUTHLESS VILLIAN who just decided that she enjoys killing people. What a mess. I probably wouldn't have watched a third season if there had been one.

If you look past all of the blatant references, That 80's show actually had some heart, Fox just got way overzealous for their sequel series.
They could easily bring it back, perhaps animated this time.

People do realize with Ironside that an actors job is to be something that they're not right? The stupid premise aside, people taking issue with Blair Underwood actually being able to walk really don't understand the point of acting.

That 80s show compared to that 70s Show is bad. Standing on it's own. Wasn't that bad.

What's sad about most of these is that there are so many great and appealing actors starring in these shows, being wasted.

I enjoyed insatiable! Watched it thru and I'd watch it again! A bit over the top in her situations and some funny material but one scene resignated with me personally which I'll never forget 💞
