I love your lungs exercises Kseny. Please make a special one for those who have just come home from hospital and are recovering from pneumonia and the pneumonia scars in the lungs caused by severe covid. Hospitals are just sending patients home and just telling them to do breathing exercises, but do not show them how exactly. I think your Qigong breathing exercises and exercises for the lungs will help these patients heal to full recovery at home.

All this added to my enjoyment of doing the breathing. Recovering from Covid I am very happy to find you on YouTube. I like that there are subtitles for the spoken word and your easy cheerful way of presenting made me feel encouraged to try your techniques. dear Kseny - glad this vid came up again. i got sick and fell out of practicing and then got pneumonia - still stuck with it i start to cough loosening when i am doing this.

This helped me a lot .I am on day 6 with covid & still have a lot of mucous, in my nose & chest, so coughing of course.I do qigong exercises every day & find them very good for all sorts of problems.
