i have copd and after having pneumonia this spring I've needed oxygen for most activities. I found you and am very hopeful I will get off the supplemental oxygen with the help of this and my pulmonary rehab.. I'm going to share the info with my therapist. Thank you.

These lung and heart exercises are great! Stretching my arms to the side with my palms up is one that I really feel the stretch a lot. I love that simple movements are making such a difference in my body. Thank you!
