We have an abs and booty workout ahead of us today team! We are going to be using dumbbells for added resistance and an optional mini band to really increase the intensity during that booty circuit! It's all about controlled and intentional movement today focusing on core and glute strength. Let's do this!

I did glow up 3.0 when I was pregnant so I had to skip this one. Here I am, with my baby now 1-yo, finally able to say I have 100% completed glow up 3.0!!!
