Hiii

So happy you’re here :) welcome to DAY 5 of the 14 day pilates valentines day workout challenge!! I am so excited to be doing a little challenge where we can all do it together and feel our most energised, happy and confident by the end of it!

How the challenge works: I will be posting 7 workouts and then on day 8, you start again with the first workout of the challenge posted (day 1- 10 min ab workout)!

Day 5 : 🎉 although it's really hot here i don't feel as tired as i thought i would be . My body feel more toned and muscular thanks you for those workouts

hi lovely people! I was doing fire hydrants(?) and I think I might be doing it wrongly, it feels really awkward for me! is the leg that's on the ground also supposed to feel some burns? if I'm wrong let me know if there are any tips to correct my posture! <3

hi lidia, your videos are good but the "beep" sound that u use when movement is done is very noisy. i think that u should make it less noisy
