Yep! Constant clearing of the throat and sniffling + getting sick more often/ coughs or colds lasting longer. Plus the dry mouth and tongue issues, occasional bad breath because of the dry mouth issues. Definitely can't wait to get rid of these disgusting issues

Don't you ever go back. It causes sickness, depression and anxiety. I quit today. Sour patch kids, straws, chips, caffeine. Anything to not do it. I'm determined like hell

For me the phlegm is/ now was worse than from cigarettes. That’s what made me stop again. Cheers to day one for me😬
