Alright guys I did a little research about myself and I took stock of how everything turned out in my life for the past 12 months I’ve been vaping and I came to solid conclusion that vape was the main culprit. It’s all connected and interdependent. Your mind, your brain, your body, your finances, your motivation, your emotional intelligence, your relationships with family, friends etc even your credit score lol! everything is connected. I used to have at least 8-10k savings in my bank account but now I’m owing the bank, so for guys that are vaping or just starting vaping just know that it’s a disaster waiting to happen in your life, and the funny thing is you won’t notice until you look back and compare at the quality of life you had before you started vaping. Remember when you could sit in the park alone listening to music without vaping.? Remember when you used to sit alone in your room maybe all day without vaping and you were still happy but now the vape has took possession of your own happiness that you already had and owned and now it’s giving it back to you in small amounts each time you vape and now you have to comply and live your life according to the vape’s rules and regulations. Now you act don’t know why you’re anxious about everything, you don’t know why you’re always stressed and tired even if you don’t do anything you’d still be feeling tired and burnt out, you’re behind on your bills, you’re always late to work/school you’re always the last one to get things done.

You can only help you. I’m 2 months clean and I’ve noticed a significant difference in every aspect of my life.

I’m 1 month sober from weed and nicotine thanks to you boss. The hardest thing for me now is to not get hooked on drinking a lot of alcohol and energy drinks.

When you’re smart it’s sometimes easier to convince yourself that poisoning yourself sounds like a good idea. It took time to realize it’s selfish and abuse. I’m not the only victim of my consequences. Caring for others is easy, caring for oneself is harder.

I’m six days clean off nicotine. 3 years off energy drinks. Getting ready to tackle THC. Thank you so much! You helped me finish what I started. I replaced cigarettes with zyn and was very happy, but then I realized the truth. And i watched you and realized that I could do it! I will always check in for your content, thank you so, so much!

I quit vaping around 45 days ago, after having a 6 year vape addiction. Anxiety is through the roof but at least I'm not self sabotaging.

I didn't think nicotine would be as addictive as people said, but man it humbles you. Causes you to justify any reason to take "just one hit." and have been led into the trap of relapsing hundreds of times. Cold turkying it again tnight!

Kinda lost me with the fear mongering bit about gasoline, you’re no different than the media you slammed.

In 2018 i went to teen challenge wich was a 18 month long rehab that was spiritualy based and im telling you, i came off meth and cigarettes at the same time, and i was ready to quit, and change my life, i was ready, i had more problems coming off cigs than the drugs, but after about 20 days i asked my buddy, i said when bro will i not be irritated and withdrawing ? Bc he had already quit, and he said soon it will leave you.. a few days later it did leave me and i went on to graduate the program, from ohio to Missouri and didnt smoke for 2 years, now its 2023 and i was vaping salt nic and when i went on the patch, boom... ive had nicotine poisioning which caused me to have extreme gastritis inflamation, ive been on my death bed for 3 days all because of a patch, now im off everything, all my psych meds, everything i can barely drink cammamile tea, i cant sleep laying down, ive been feeling like im falling through the floor, with an elephant sitting on my chest performing chinese water tourture with a jackhammer... im traumatized and i dont know if ill ever be the same, i feel like im dead over nicotine... i just want to die but Gods keeping me alive, ive had gastritis on and off for the past 3 years.. i dont know who i am anymore or why ive been tourtured like this, like the enemy wants me gone... its scary but im not losing faith and i refuse to give up, i believe God will heal me in Jesus name...

I used to love weed. Although from the beginning to end of smoking weed I always had the same issues. Weed intensifies my schizophrenia and depression to the point where I went medically insane for a year. So I quit weed and then I never touched weed again. It’s been over 4 years

I'm a solid month + without nicotine. It feels amazing. My sleep is significantly better. Where he talks about a person trying to build their life whilst also being addicted... I teared up a little.

I quit cigarettes years ago, and felt good for only vaping. But the addiction is nicotine. I'm so much better off without nicotine.

Love how public health England has about 10years of data now and still say Vaping is about 90% safer than smoking, but then again the EU & UK has some of the best regulations in the world when it comes to vaping, we don't have a black market for vape juice and ones for sale in shops have to be tested and if they don't pass can not be sold to the public, the safest thing to do is not smoke or vape but if you have to then I would always pick vaping over smoking

Just took hopefully my last hit of my vape tonight. Thrown all of them out. God I hope I can stop. 😣

3 months clean from THC. That was relatively easy to quit. Went a week without vaping nicotine and relapsed tonight. It’s a lot harder than quitting weed was. The physical withdrawals go away after 2-3 days but the cravings continue and it’s really annoying

A month clean from weed and nicotine. You're truly a blessing for telling your story and as well as passing along important information.

Nothing to do with being smart or dumb. Plenty of dumb people smoke and plenty of smart people do
