Menstrual cup is the best of all three products, its so comfy no irritation and if u don't have cramps u would not known that u are on periods

As a medical student, I just want to highlight that Tampons should never be left inserted for more than 6 hours because leaving them for longer allows bacteria to grow and may cause unnoticeable abrasions in vaginal wall while removing it where bacteria can grow and these bacteria (staphylococcus aureus) can cause Toxic Shock Syndrome which is life threatening so I'll suggest 4 things...
1. Never leave it in for more than 6 hours
2. Maintain good hygiene down there (do not use any product just wash with luke warm water) during removal and after you pee.
3. Remove the tampon very gently after separating the labia properly
4. Menstrual cups are much safer and better to use.
