Discs changed my life. Living with PCOS and terrible period pain until I started using discs. Leaks sometimes but panty liners fix that. Less cramping and much needed period sex. I stan. 💅🏾

If I can help anyone with information, I suggest trying a cup first. I love being able to wear any color pants or dress. The freedom the cups bring is such a great relief.. Being able to wear white or leggings or jeans and not worry ahout bleeding through or the diaper look is amazing. Plus no Period cramps. I am excited to try these disc soon!

Omg idk what I didn’t make the switch to disks sooner Bcz I absolutely love mine! So easy to use and my cramping has been reduced to minimal and not as severe as with tampons I always recommend them to anyone and everyone
