Join me for a 30 min restorative foam roller routine to recharge your mind and body after a long day at work. We will focus on opening up the body with breath, passively stretching the hip flexors, mobilise the spine in different directions and we will finish off the routine with some neck stretches. This routine will leave you feeling relaxed, opened and hopefully taller.

I am always on the lookout for foam roller workouts and restorative classes and I must say this is one of the best, if not the best I have come across. I love your pacing, your voice, your creativity in this wonderful flow. I subscribed to your channel and look forward to checking out other videos of yours. The only drawback for me with this video is the four ads that pop up, I find it very jarring when doing a movement videos to have the ads in the middle and wish they could just be at the beginning or end. Other than that this video is perfect.
