Thank you my man! fucked up my permissions and control while trying to reduce the cpu load on windows file explorer and couldn't fix it back,
needed to do the second part with the permission entry to get back permission to bloody fix my services cuz of sys32 fuckup. windows wouldn't register to any KMS servers and thus I temporally lost my registered activation code and windows was like, naah, you don't own windows, buy windows pls.
