for those who don't know her name is ell woods and she's a rich girl whose boyfriend broke up with her because he thought she was stupid and to get him back she went to law school and was able to join a case later on she found out she was only brought onto the case because of her looks and to get back at that guy she told the defendant what he did and she fired him and ell woods took over the case at first she was scared and did not know what to do but when she heard about hair she was on her game

I love her so much. In so many movies about women's empowerment, the woman almost always has to change herself to make an impact. She either has to change her appearance, how she acts, her mannerisms, what she does, just to fit in. Elle didn't have to. She just had to work hard, put in the work, and take law school seriously like everyone else but she stayed true to herself.
